Planned & Reactive

Planned Maintenance:

  • Periodic attendance on site to inspect emergency lighting systems
  • Periodic attendance to re-lamp the luminaries on site.
  • Periodic attendance to address any low priority electrical issues that arise during trading
  • Reports issued at the end of each maintenance visit

Reactive Maintenance:

  • Engineers are available to attend site within certain time periods depending on the level response required.
  • Telephone support for the restarting or equipment installed by Meridian
  • Telephone support for the re-energisation or disconnection of equipment.
