Planned & Reactive
Planned Maintenance:
- Periodic attendance on site to inspect emergency lighting systems
- Periodic attendance to re-lamp the luminaries on site.
- Periodic attendance to address any low priority electrical issues that arise during trading
- Reports issued at the end of each maintenance visit
Reactive Maintenance:
- Engineers are available to attend site within certain time periods depending on the level response required.
- Telephone support for the restarting or equipment installed by Meridian
- Telephone support for the re-energisation or disconnection of equipment.
